The two most important things—the quality is high and the price competitive. Jon gave us an estimate, explained everything and was very competent as well as pleasant. The installers were neat with the work (they take all the debris away with them), efficient and also pleasant. The iron railings have totally improved the look of my front porch.

Had a black iron railing installed on a staircase for $1,423. I thought this was a lot of money. Overall happy with the railing. They did tear up my wall and did not offer to fix it. I will have to patch Big chunks of sheet rock places where it popped off on the corner and sand and paint it. They also left the stair well very dirty With grinding metal shavings which I realized later on after a day or two. I guess this is just par for the course now because this has been my experience with all of the contractors I have hired lately. I am pretty much immune to this sort of thing.

The sales person was thorough and gave a quote in a timely manner. Sent a sketch of what the rail would look like. The installers were fast and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. Great experience and would definitely recommended.

I think the rails look very nice. I like the thicker rails. I was a little sad to see that was already rust at the joist of rails and base after the very first rain after their install. There was also some rust on bottom rail not a joist. I did use the rust oleum i was given to fix it but for 4,000 dollars seems a bit soon to see rust. Other than that i think they are lovely.
